Wisconsin summer vacation.
We had such fun on our vacation, reuniting with family and spending lots of time outdoors. We swam in rivers, went boating, toured a fish hatchery, canoed down a river (with rapids!) with Joseph howling like a coyote--Will's description--much of the way. It was a memorable time. Thank you to our Wisconsin family for making it such a fun trip!
Now THAT one's a keeper. (I mean the boy in the green shirt.)
How fun is THAT??!!
A view from the bridge in the village of Rural, Wisconsin. Right across the street you can buy an ice cream cone for 25 cents (which we did, of course, and stood under a tree eating them before the hot sun got to them first). In the same little country store, you can buy used flip flops (in case you lost yours in the river) or an electric fan older than I am. Or a cane. Or china plates. Isn't that fun?
