How old am I?

Will is VERY into numbers these days. He measures household objects with a ruler or tape measure. He enjoys card games. He tries to add single digits. He attempts to tell time. He wants to know the ages of all our friends and relatives, and asks this way, "Mommy, what is your number?" Truly, age ain't nothin' but a number, and I'm glad he's learning this early. I digress. Anyway, we were having our nightly question and answer session at the dinner table, and Will asked how tall he is. I said about three feet. Kevin asked, "Will, who do you know that is very tall?" and Will answered "Granpda Helmrick". Well, Grandpa Helmrick is not very tall, but he is 89 years old. So, "tall" and "old" were essentially the same in Will's vocabulary. Next, he hopped down to fetch his tape measure, and here you see him rendering a very accurate measurement of his height.

Hello from the Wisconsin cousins.
I loved this picture. My youngest, Josh, who is now 16, still does this. Except he is now 6'2" and still growing!
