Christmas Eve and morning.
Okay, so Christmas didn't go exactly as planned. Joseph was on the tail end of a stomach flu which Kevin caught on Christmas Eve, then my mom got sick, too. So, we missed church altogether, the neighbors got to eat most of the pork loin that I cooked on Christmas Day (Kevin stuck to Gatorade), and we spent most of the day in our pj's. But, blessings abound, and at least we were together, and we never forgot the reason for the season! And, we were well enough to travel to Wisconsin on 12/27. But just barely. Anyway. . .The boys set out Santa's cookies just before bed on Christmas Eve.
And yippee! Santa came through with some very cool Hot Wheels tracks! Joseph came around the corner asking if Santa was still here, and Will is certain that he heard the reindeer on the roof on Christmas Eve night.
Jack likes to catch the cars at the bottom of the track. And if you think that is funny, you ought to see his response to the remote controlled dinosaur. He may be looking for a new house to live in.

There is a small dark part of me that gets some devious satisfaction at the idea of the boys chasing the cat with a remote controlled dinosaur! Heard you all were sick around Christmas! So sorry, but glad you had fun anyway.
