Fourth annual beach vacation.

Our family just returned from our summer vacation to the Texas Gulf coast.

Each year, we spend some time letting one or the other child wail as they acclimate to the sand and water and seaweed and waves and all the other beach stuff. Clearly, this year it was Joseph's turn to wail and Daddy waits patiently for the storm to end. Which it did. But not before Joseph gave me every adjective excuse not to go into the water. "I NOT go into the water!! It's too yummy! It's too wet! It's too yucky! It's too deep!"

This was Will's best year at the beach! He loved to run in the surf and kick the sparkling spray high into the air.

All acclimated and loving the beach life.
