School days!
Will and Joseph started the new school year at our church's Mother's Day Out program this week. (Just as I was getting ready to take this picture, a hummingbird flew by, which explains the surprised looks on the boys' faces. We are nature lovers!) Will is a veteran, this is his third year, and he is in the Ladybug class. Joseph has five buddies in his Turtle class, and he started the day by crying in his loudest voice (which for those of you who know Joseph, this is an earsplitting experience), but only for 15 minutes. Once his sweet teacher, Miss Lori, handed him a paintbrush, he was golden! We will be busy this fall, with Will in MDO three mornings a week and Joseph two mornings a week, and then physical therapy for Joseph two times a week. We are pleased that Joseph is now doing some standing without holding onto a surface, and will even try to take a step every now and then! We hope it won't be long before he decides walking is the way to go!
